MY ORDER

When will I receive my order?

We prepare your orders as soon as they reach us. We strive to keep costs and delivery times as low as possible to provide our customers with the best possible experience.

The delivery of your order will be made in two parts:

- For the preparation of your order and the quality control of our products, we need about 1-3 days. Due to the high volume of orders we receive for this item, please note that the processing time may sometimes be longer.

- The item will then be prepared for shipping in our warehouse and sent to your address. Once the order is complete, you will receive an order number in the shipping confirmation email, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

Shipping time:

Switzerland: 5 to 8 working days

United Kingdom: 4 to 5 business days

European Union: 5 to 7 business days


Please note that the processing of your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days if you provide inaccurate or incomplete addresses or if your order contains unverified details. We recommend all customers thoroughly check their shipping and billing information before checkout to avoid possible delays.

DELIVERY

How long does it take for your products to be delivered?

We require 1-3 days for processing and quality inspection of your order and 4-6 days for delivery within Europe.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to Switzerland and the EU.

Where do you deliver from?

Our offices are located in Switzerland. To offer the best prices on the market, Tanora works directly with the producers and our products are only shipped on order to avoid storage costs. So if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Do you provide tracking information for the products?

REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

I am missing some items in my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on the order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We're sorry to hear that. Just send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address info@solskin.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order at any time and see where it is. If you need help tracking your package or have any inquiries, please contact us by email at info@solskin.com

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve all issues our customers have with their items. However, if you wish to request a refund for your order, we can of course complete the payment if the claim is made within 30 days of the order date. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
